Singapore and Batam Yards
With a combined space of over 40,000 square metres, our two yards in Loyang Industrial Estate, Singapore and Batam Island, Indonesia, provide a comprehensive suite of manufacturing and fabrication services and solutions to the offshore oil and gas industries.
Supported by a specially-design jetty, waterfront and warehousing facilities, our Singapore yard is a fully-integrated Offshore Supply Base (OSB) ranging from repair and maintenance service to the supply of bunker fuel and fresh water for visiting vessels. Our jetty and custom-made heavy lift equipment facilitate a safe loading process of the completed modules and structures from the yard to the barge. As a result, these new facilities increase our efficiency by reducing the turnaround time and operational risk for our clients.
Partnering with specialist contractors, our Singapore yard is also equipped with a wide range of facilities (such as sand-blasting and spray-painting chambers) to undertake special and customised services in our own yard. This minimises turnaround time as there is no more requirement to transport the work-in-progress to other sub-contractors' yards.
Located in the Sekupang Logistic Base in Batam, our Batam fabrication yard (with a total area of 23,000 square metres) is equipped with a jetty loading capacity of 1,000 tons. Demonstrating the quality commitment to our customers, our Batam yard adhere to the safe and quality control processes in Singapore with the necessary facilities, technologies and equipment. Leveraging on Batam's lower operating costs and close proximity to Singapore, our Batam fabrication yard is a strategic part of our operations.
Building on our proven track record and extensive networks in this niche specialised market, the Group will strive to widen our range of services in our yards via more collaboration with third party specialist contractors.
